Commercial Learning: Learning Experience & Change Management Intern

We are currently seeking candidates who are working towards obtaining a bachelor's degree in: Communications, Business, Management or related field for a virtual internship during the summer of 2021.

Objectives/Goals: 
  • Help guide best practices in learning experience design & creation.
  • View learning experiences as a new hire learning to provide recommendations for learning retention and adoption of learning experiences.
  • Assist with transition from different learning platforms.
  • Create internal awareness for impact of learning experiences, including new forms of learning such as augmented and virtual reality.

Primary Duties:
  • Create marketing materials, videos, newsletters for new platform adoption.
  • Review learning experiences and provide research-based recommendations. 
  • Assist with communications and newsletters from commercial learning to stakeholders. 
  • Analyze and present impact of learning experiences and design changes accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior-level undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communication, management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of & experience with the latest social media, technology, and platforms. 
  • Passion for learning & development.
  • Great presentation skills. 
  • Interest or experience in project management.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0+
